11/20/09 Dragon’s Wake Rookies of the Year.
That’s right not just one but two of Dragon’s wake riders were chosen for Rookies of the Year in the 2009 Alliance Wakeboard Mag Awards. Its no suprise to us after his stellar 2009 year that youngster Bob Soven, with a 2009 sweep of the Junior Pro Mens Divison on the WPT and 2nd place finish at LF’s 2009 Brostock contest, was nominated as this years Wakeboard Rookie of the Year. Also nominated for the Wakeskate Rookie of the year for his killer 2009 year was Aussie wakeskater Chris Kallas. Congrats to you two on your accomplishments this year!
